We are looking for a confident and passionate Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Ralph Lauren in Dubai. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and in-person - Assisting customers with product information, sizing, and availability - Processing orders and returns efficiently - Resolving customer complaints in a calm and professional manner - Building relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong persuasion and decision-making abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure - Previous experience in customer service is a plus - Must be confident and passionate about providing excellent customer care
