Job Description:
CST Brands, a leading company in the retail industry, is looking for a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients from the comfort of their own home. We are looking for individuals who are resourceful, passionate, and possess excellent persuasion and presentation skills.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue - Maintain customer records and update databases as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Highly persuasive and able to deliver engaging presentations
