Job Description:

Weyerhaeuser is seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Care Assistant will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and understanding - Providing product information and assistance with orders - Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Strong communication skills - Creativity and emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Prior experience with CRM software is a plus
