Customer Care Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

First Data is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Care Assistant to work from home in Abu Dhabi. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a high level of empathy and cooperation - Document all interactions with customers accurately in the company database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and quality customer service - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Energetic and dedicated personality - Strong cooperation and attention to detail skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in computer and internet use - High school diploma or equivalent
