Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Associate at Cummins in Abu Dhabi. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures - Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs

Requirements: - Independent and confident in handling customer interactions - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
