Customer Care Associate

Job description:

Abu Dhabi Ship Building is currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Care Associate to join our team in Dubai. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Assisting with customer surveys and feedback collection - Providing support to the sales team as needed - Keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and planning abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
