Remote Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Simon Property Group is seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time Entry Level position, the Remote Customer Care Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 4. Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain customer records and ensure accurate data entry. 7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience 2. Driven and hardworking personality traits 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Strong persuasion and innovation skills 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. High school diploma or equivalent required
