Job Description:
Marathon Oil is seeking a reliable and dedicated Customer Care Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best possible customer experience - Identify and escalate priority issues to management as needed - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Leadership qualities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
