Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Care Manager at Aramark, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the customer care team in Dubai. This role requires a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work remotely. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support at all times.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise the customer care team to ensure all customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback and coaching to team members. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. 5. Conduct regular training sessions to improve customer service skills within the team. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer care. 7. Communicate effectively with remote team members to ensure alignment and success.
Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in customer service management. 2. Experience working remotely is preferred. 3. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Resilient and hardworking attitude. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
