Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description: As a Customer Care Manager at Becton Dickinson in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of customer care operations. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


- Developing and implementing customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. - Leading a team of customer care representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery. - Monitoring customer feedback and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner. - Analyzing customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. - Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience. - Developing and implementing training programs for customer care staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer care.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - 6+ years of experience in customer care or related roles. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Dedication to providing excellent customer service. - Drive to achieve goals and exceed expectations. - Proven problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
