Remote Customer Care Manager

Job Description:

Murphy USA is seeking a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Care Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing customer care operations from a remote location. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a customer service role and possess a strong work ethic, resourcefulness, planning skills, and a commitment to teamwork.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee customer care operations remotely - Monitor and report on key performance metrics - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Train and provide guidance to customer care team members - Handle escalated customer concerns and issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care

Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction - Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
