Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team at W.R. Berkley in Dubai. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer care, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Manage and mentor a team of customer care representatives to ensure they are providing excellent service to customers - Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in the customer care process - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Implement training programs for customer care representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge - Prepare and present reports to senior management on customer care performance and trends


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in customer care management, with at least 7 years of experience - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and energetic personality with a strong attention to detail - Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve in a dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
