Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Aldar Properties is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Care Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a driven and motivated personality.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to better assist customers. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Conduct research to identify customer needs and preferences. 6. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience. 7. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to make necessary improvements. 8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 9. Train and mentor customer care representatives to enhance their skills and performance.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong time management and organizational skills. 4. Proven track record in customer service management. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus. 8. Must be detail-oriented and customer-focused. 9. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 10. Must have a valid driver's license.
