Job Description:
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer care operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer experience and retention. 2. Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide ongoing training and support. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and enhance service delivery. 5. Set performance goals and KPIs for the customer care team and track progress towards achieving targets. 6. Implement best practices for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations. 7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience. 8. Stay informed on industry trends and customer preferences to drive continuous improvement in customer service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service management, with a minimum of 8 years in a similar role. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Driven and energetic personality traits. 6. Strong teamwork and time management skills. 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
