Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Darden Restaurants, a leading restaurant company, is seeking a Customer Care Manager to work remotely from Dubai. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to enhance the overall customer experience - Monitor team performance and provide ongoing training and development opportunities - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Excellent presentation and people management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
