Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Visteon is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Manager to work from home in Dubai. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be independent, resourceful, and possess strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer care representatives - Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care - Provide regular reports to senior management on team performance and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements: - At least 6 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of success - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Experience in strategic planning and decision-making - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
