Customer Care Officer

Job description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team at Big Lots in Dubai, AE. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products and services - Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations based on their needs - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers - Keep track of customer interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and reliable personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues - Creativity in problem-solving and handling challenging situations - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
