Job Description - Customer Care Officer

Fidelity National Financial is currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Customer Care Officer to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and efficient manner - Providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer complaints - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improving customer service procedures and practices


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Critical thinking skills to solve problems effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Fluency in English and any other language is a plus
