Job Description - Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


Xerox is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Care Officer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Entry Level position with one year of experience, the ideal candidate will possess a high level of independence and energy, as well as strong decision-making and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage customer accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide solutions - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to customers - Monitor customer feedback and escalate any issues to management for further action - Assist with administrative tasks related to customer care, such as data entry and reporting


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Previous experience in the technology or printing industry is a plus
