Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Waste Management is seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for energetic and dedicated individuals who possess strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all information is entered correctly into the database - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and courteous manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Provide support to the sales team as needed - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Energetic and dedicated attitude towards customer care - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
