Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Constellation Brands is seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate is motivated, resourceful, creative, and has excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information as needed. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer care processes. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Motivated and resourceful individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong project management skills with a creative approach to problem-solving. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
