Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Officer to join our team at Tesoro in Abu Dhabi. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This position is part-time and entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Resourceful and hardworking individual with a passion for customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong negotiation skills to resolve customer issues effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
