Customer Care Officer - Work from home

Delek US Holdings is currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to work from home in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be reliable and resourceful, possessing strong emotional intelligence and creativity.

As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively. You must be able to work independently and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
