Customer Care Officer - Work from home

Job Description: Tyson Foods is seeking a Customer Care Officer to work from home in Abu Dhabi. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring that each interaction leaves a positive impression.

Responsibilities: 1. Professionally handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer care. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and creativity. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Comfortable working from home with a reliable internet connection. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
