Customer Care Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Customer Care Officer to join our team at Dubai Internet City. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a timely manner - Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate team members - Following up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to think critically and problem solve effectively - Motivated and resourceful individual who can work independently - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
