Job Description:
McDonald’s is currently seeking a Customer Care Officer to work from home in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and dedicated, with strong soft skills in creativity and critical thinking.
Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and social media - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize resources effectively to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
