Job Description - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Dubai Islamic Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be driven, adaptable, and possess strong research and time management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services. 2. Assist customers with account management, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. 3. Process customer orders, refunds, and exchanges in a timely manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Continuously improve customer service skills through training and professional development opportunities. 7. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers.


Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong research and time management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
