Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Emirates Flight Catering is currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service who is resourceful, energetic, and possesses strong decision-making and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Provide information about products and services, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Work with a sense of urgency to meet customer needs and exceed expectations - Continuously seek feedback to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - At least 4 years of experience in customer service - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer care - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Must be resourceful, energetic, and able to make decisions independently - Team player who can collaborate with colleagues across departments
