Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

American Financial Group is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess a driven and energetic personality.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, and general questions - Provide product information and pricing to potential customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer concerns - Practice active listening and demonstrate empathy towards customers - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and energetic personality - Excellent time management skills - High emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult situations with ease - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
