Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Ameriprise Financial is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service and a passion for helping others. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients, resolving inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat to address their concerns and provide solutions - Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research to resolve complex customer issues - Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Collaborate with colleagues to improve overall customer care processes


Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and dedicated to providing excellent customer care - Excellent decision-making skills - Strong research abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
