Customer Service Assistant

Abu Dhabi Ship Building is currently seeking a motivated and independent Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Dubai on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist customers with inquiries, feedback, and complaints - Process orders and payments accurately - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies - Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and exceptional decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in customer service is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills - Must be organized and able to multitask effectively
