Customer Service Assistant

DuPont is seeking a hardworking and motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require candidates with at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong persuasion skills and excellent time management abilities.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and implement opportunities to improve the overall customer experience - Stay informed about company products and services to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills - Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities - Exceptional time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
