Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

WellCare Health Plans is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Dubai, AE. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our company. This role is at the associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Work closely with other departments to coordinate and expedite customer requests - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion

Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality - Strong persuasion and people management skills - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus) - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
