Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Capital One Financial is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues - Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns - Assist in planning and organizing customer service initiatives and events - Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service - Resourceful and dedicated personality traits - Strong people management and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required
