**Job Description:**
Huntsman, a leading company in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
**Responsibilities:** 1. Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Assist with product returns and exchanges, following company policies and procedures. 4. Maintain a neat and organized work environment, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. 5. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Keep abreast of product knowledge and promotions to offer informed recommendations to customers.
**Requirements:** 1. Demonstrated adaptability and hardworking attitude. 2. Strong planning and organizational skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting. 5. Prior experience in customer service is a must.
