Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Huntsman, a leading company in Dubai, is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Managing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assisting customers with product information, pricing, order processing, and delivery status. 4. Working closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends. 6. Assisting with project management tasks as needed. 7. Updating and maintaining customer databases and records. 8. Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 3. Ability to work independently and with a team. 4. Strong project management skills. 5. Proficient in conducting research. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
