Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Stryker in Dubai. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns - Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally - Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and escalate as needed - Process orders and coordinate shipping and delivery - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and critical thinking skills - Passion for delivering excellent customer service - Self-motivated and driven to succeed - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
