Remote Customer Service Assistant

Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis in Abu Dhabi, AE. We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual with a passion for customer service and a strong attention to detail.

As a Remote Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and timely manner. Additionally, you will assist in research and project management tasks to support the overall operations of the company.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in customer service is not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate. However, strong research and project management skills are a plus.
