Reinsurance Group of America is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. This part-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Providing accurate information about products and services to customers. 4. Processing orders and returns. 5. Maintaining customer records and updating databases. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Confident and reliable personality traits to effectively communicate with customers. 2. Strong presentation skills to convey information clearly and effectively. 3. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. 4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
