Phillips 66 is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner - Maintaining accurate customer records and information in our database - Collaborating with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience - Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed - Providing feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and motivated personality with a passion for helping others - Strong strategic planning skills and ability to think creatively - High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
