Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Target is looking for a highly motivated and confident Customer Service Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the retail industry and develop their customer service skills.

Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Process transactions including cash, credit, and gift card payments - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Meet and exceed sales targets and goals - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers - Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions - Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn is essential - Confident and motivated with excellent communication skills - Strong persuasion and time management skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
