Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Estee Lauder is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Service Associate to join our team in Dubai on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Assist customers with product selection, provide recommendations, and upsell products where appropriate - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point of sale system - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including restocking shelves and assisting with inventory management - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively - Leadership skills to train and mentor junior team members - Must be dedicated and confident in approaching customers and providing assistance - Previous experience in a customer service role is required
