Job Description:
Assurant is seeking a dynamic and resilient Customer Service Associate to join our team in Dubai on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and are eager to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat channels. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, policy changes, claims processing, and other insurance-related services. 3. Utilize innovative problem-solving skills to address customer issues and concerns effectively. 4. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience. 5. Adapt to changing priorities and situations to meet the needs of customers and the business. 6. Capture and maintain accurate customer records in the company database. 7. Take ownership of customer inquiries and follow through to resolution. 8. Meet or exceed customer service metrics and goals set by the company.
