Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Service Associate to join our team at Sherwin-Williams in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time entry-level position, this role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience and grow within the company.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and any issues that may arise - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including merchandising and restocking shelves - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide support where needed - Assist in inventory management and order processing - Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees alike

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers - Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
