Customer Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Emaar Properties is looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates. This is a part-time work from home position based in Dubai, UAE. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, but candidates should possess at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, and promotions 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately 4. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service experience 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers 8. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: 1. Energetic and driven personality 2. Strong critical thinking skills 3. High emotional intelligence 4. Excellent communication skills 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
