Job Description:

Goldman Sachs Group is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to work from home in Dubai. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, passionate about customer service, possess strong decision-making skills, and have a high level of emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot issues in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence - Energetic and passionate about providing top-notch customer service
