Customer Service Associate - Work from home

International Paper is seeking a reliable and passionate Customer Service Associate to work from home in Dubai. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Educate customers on products and services offered by International Paper - Process orders and returns accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using technology and various communication channels - Cooperation and strong interpersonal skills - Reliable and detail-oriented - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
