Landmark Group is seeking a confident and reliable Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time position at the Associate level, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor customer service performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer service initiatives and improve processes - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience in customer service management, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and time management skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Experience in managing remote teams is a plus - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
