Job Description:
Textron is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective management of the customer service team.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures 2. Manage a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement 4. Resolve customer complaints and ensure quick and satisfactory resolution 5. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience 7. Conduct regular meetings with the customer service team to review performance and set goals 8. Track and report on key customer service metrics
Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in customer service management 2. Resourceful and hardworking personality traits 3. Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills 4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities 5. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field 6. Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
