Customer Service Manager

Job Description:

Praxair is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a mid-to-senior level position, this role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will be driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a knack for innovation and decision-making.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Train and mentor customer service team members to enhance their skills and performance - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and organizational abilities - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred) - Previous experience in the industrial gas industry (preferred)
